Appendix 4: COG-UK Coverage reports

This is an archive of Coverage Reports issued by COG-UK between 9th November 2020 and 18th October 2021. The Reports are presented in reverse chronological order. The week number in the report is the number of the week in the year. First produced in September 2020, the coverage reports provided regular updates on the geographic coverage of sequencing across the UK until October 2021. They provided details of the sequencing coverage in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and also captured how much of the samples sequenced came from hospital patients (pillar 1) and from community testing (pillar 2).
